At Steak Box Co , we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meat products. Due to the nature of our products, our policies are designed to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.
📦 Returns
Because our products are perishable (fresh meat, frozen items, sausages, etc.), we DO NOT accept physical returns once the order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
⚠️ Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If your order has any of the following issues:
- Product in खराब condition (bad condition)
- Damaged packaging
- Incorrect order
- Missing items
You must contact us within 1 hours of receiving your order.

💸 Refunds
If your case is approved, we may offer one of the following:

- Product replacement

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Product partially or fully consumed
- Claims made after the 24-hour window
- Improper handling after delivery (broken cold chain by the customer)

- Inspect the order upon delivery
- Refrigerate or freeze products immediately
- Follow proper storage guidelines
